KERA’s State of the Arts Panel Discussion Series Invites Dallas Chamber Symphony’s Conductor Richard McKay

Dallas, TX (October 28, 2015) – On Thursday, October 29, The Dallas Chamber Symphony’s Conductor and Artistic Director Richard McKay will be a featured panelist for the State of the Arts discussion series. Presented by KERA, State of the Arts: Creating New Work will address the subject of commission and creating new art and performance pieces. The event begins at 8:00 at the Dallas Museum of Art and is free to the public.

Joining Mr. McKay on the panel will be Ben Stevenson, Artistic Director of the Texas Ballet Theater and Writer Shay Youngblood. The Discussion’s host will be KERA Reporter Jerome Weeks.
