Ordering Tickets for Your Group
We are glad provide discount pricing and excellent seats for patrons looking to accommodate groups of 10 or more. To learn more about group ticket options, call our group sales line at (214) 449-1294.
Reservations and payment options are provided to group patrons who require flexibility as they solidify plans. There are a number of convenient ways to make payment, as we accept checks and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to make a reservation. The remainder is due no later than two weeks prior to your event date. Tickets are issued when payment on your order is complete.
Groups may be eligible to receive a discount of 10% on certain seats at certain events. Ticket pricing and availability can fluctuate, so please speak with your ticket agent to learn more. Nonprofit schools, churches, government agencies, parks departments and charities are eligible for additional discounts.
Changing Your Order
Your order can be modified up until the concert date. Only your group’s designated organizer will be authorized by our box office to change an order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Convenient motor coach drop-off and pick-up in front of Dallas City Performance Hall, or Caruth Auditorium can be arranged. However, space can be limited, so please coordinate group transportation with you ticketing agent.
If your group plans to meet up in the lobby before an event at Dallas City Performance Hall, arrangements can be made to provide your gathering a private or partitioned space for your guests to congregate. Speak with your ticketing agent if you need to make special arrangements for your group.
Tickets for groups can be held at the box office will call or printed and mailed to you in advance of your event after payment is complete. For logistical reasons, print at home tickets are not available on group orders.
